“This company is very friendly, came in told us what we would need to bring our electric bill to almost 0 (minus right away and taxes). We spent 30+ thousand for solar and added 3 additional panels. We still pay around 100.00 per month on electricity. We did ask for a larger inverter in the early months and were told we did not need it. Now when I asked for a larger inverter I can have it at a large additional price. My advice is don’t get solar, 30,000.00 will go a long way paying your electric bill over the years. “Was looking to speak to whoever handles hiring so I could sell myself on a position. I was put in touch with ‘Bob’ who’m I assume is either HR or at least management. Almost immediately he interrupted me and gave me 10 seconds to speak. Before I started, he was counting down and when he hit 7, he interrupted again and very sarcastically said bye before hanging up. “Watch out for price gouging. We needed a 240 line installed for a new HVAC system. No new box or breakers were needed and the job was mostly indoor in our garage. I paid $69 to get a bid for the job. The bid was $3,100 for running about 35 ft of wire. That was an outrageous charge for this small job. I’ve heard multiple horror stories about solar, and I wanted a company that (a) was truly local & established (b) offered premium equipment from reputable manufacturers (c) offered me multiple options and (d) pays their sales people hourly instead of by commission. The sales rep I met with offered me multiple options with top tier equipment. I have existing lights so this isn’t a new build. Now I’m out almost $70 and I have nothing done. Also they quoted me $50 per track light when they go for $10 online where they buy them from.
