Helios Energy Global review

Positive reviews:

“Helios did exactly as promised. I signed on to get solar in April, they installed my system in June. The works looks phenomanal and my sales rep Taylor was very helpful through the process. Definitely choose they guys for your solar and battery installation.” – Ratnakar Kalakota ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 6, 2026

“I had my solar installed last year and it’s working as intended. Helios did a fantastic job with the installation, the guys were friendly, they walked me through how the app works for my Tesla Powerwalls and it’s honestly so cool. I check that thing multiple times a day. We live in the future and now I am too” – Jason Kai ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 8, 2026

Positive reviews:

“A great company to work with. My tesla powerwall 3 is great. Renewable energy made this pearblossom, ca house a place to remember always. My AC, EV car and electric stove and laundry equipment work perfect.” – Madou D. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 28, 2025

“I can’t recommend Helios Energy Global enough. I live in an area that was affected by the Woolsey Fire and to know that I will never have to worry about the controlled power outages is priceless. In my case, there was so much paperwork to get done to be able to install the batteries, and not have to pay, that I wouldn’t have done it without their help. I actually had to do nothing, and everything went so smoothly. They clearly know what they are doing. Around 60% of the cost will be covered by a rebate and the rest is a tax credit, so I’m paying nothing. Too good of an opportunity to pass up. Shout out to all the workers that came, they were always on time, super respectful and willing to answer all my questions. I’m really happy.” – Fernando V. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 1, 2024

Negative reviews:

“Once the loan formSolar went through this company will not help getting inspection completed so we can connect it and turn the solar on. Have waited 14 weeks and now have to figure this out myself.” – Carol J. ⭐☆☆☆☆ October 28, 2023

“The energy consultant did not wear a mask or remain six feet apart. The forms are simple although the energy consultant did not follow through with finishing the consultation after the process of completing the simple forms. Part of the funding is based on an air mattress. A sleep number bed works there. They have third party companies to install the solar or battery back back. But, I went with www.pacificbluesolar.com” – Taj J. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ December 26, 2020

Positive reviews:

“Helios Energy Global did a fantastic job on our solar installation on my home in Simi Valley. I wasn’t sure what panels to get, or which inverter to get, but after working with Robert he helped me understand all my options and set me up with a stellar monthly for the entire system, and the best was I didn’t have to drop a dollar out of pocket! Highly recommend these guys for solar and Tesla Powerwall installation” – Simone Ruff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 29, 2026

Negative reviews:

“I’d love to give then. ZERO stars!! Helio screwed us big time. They started off bad in 2015 saying the instal would be completed by Jan. 2016. It was completed until May 2016. We had to threaton them with breach of contract to get them to even start! They left walls damaged where they moved electrical panels. When we found a panel was not working they claimed it was not covered under the agreement. It should have been. From the beginning we have had minor leaks in the roof around/under panels. Yup roof damage. Will they help, even though tbe agreement covers roof damage? NO! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPQNY!!” – Carolyn Hoagland ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2025

“They are irresponsible during the process once they snag you! Cameron does not return calls or follow up. They got the approval and decided they were too busy, the owner? lies just to maintain a good review… Cameron is a Liar too!!” – JORGE CONTRERAS ⭐☆☆☆☆ September 2025
