Positive reviews:
“High Peaks Solar is a bastion of quality in the solar energy industry. Their responsiveness and hard work are evident in the wide swath of projects they complete. It has been a pleasure providing Kevin, Ken, Tiffany, and their team with office and storage solutions for their various sites. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!” – Jason Kinsey ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 2025
“High Peaks installed our system over 5 years ago. It was a quality job with high quality components. It has operated absolutely maintenance free since then. The estimates of kWh production they provide at the time of install has turned out to be very accurate, with slight variations from year to year of course. This year is our highest yet, so there has been no diminishing output.” – Richard C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2023
Negative reviews:
“Purchased a house in 2022 with panels installed by this company. Kevin has gone out of his way to ignore all of my husbands calls for assistance. We ended up needing to hire another company to assist. They replaced over 20 connectors that were melted to the point that they were a fire hazard. Turns out it was a known issue with these specific connectors (according to Kevin with the company reached out).Kevin must be tired of calls to replace. He screened my husbands calls for over a month, answered a call from my number on the second ring.” – Brandy Brown ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2025
“Had system installed $35,000 system. At time asked how many panels could system add on. was told in email that can add 10 panels on 11.4 inverter.less than year later have asked for quote for additional panels from owner and ed parker who sold system and no response. my guess is after checking they only put a 10. inverter on.” – Tim Barnes ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2019
