Home Pro, Professional Home Improvement Inc. review

Positive reviews:

“Russ and his crew helped remove our old roof and installed a TPO roof for us. It looks great and we are very happy about it. During this process, Russ examined our old roof very carefully and advised what we needed to give us a reasonable quote. He is very professional, thoughtful, and considerate. He really listened to us and that is something I do not see on other roofers quite often. They also offered solar panel service. Our solar panels were removed, cleaned, and then reinstalled way more nicely than before. We really appreciated it and that pricing was also quite competitive. Thanks Russ and his crew. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.” – Rong C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ March 12, 2025

“I recently had a new roof installed by Home Pro. I had 3 other quotes but chose Russ’ company because of his knowledge and experience. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. His teamed worked 10 hour days to get the job done in record time. They removed my solar panels, cleaned them and re-installed them. I am getting more power from them than I had been contracted for. I had the best shingles installed. The clean-up of the job was excellent. I am extremely happy with my new roof. I would recommend Home Pro and Solar to anyone!” – D.T. G. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 12, 2025

Negative reviews:

“Interacted with Donna, the owner and found her to be disrespectful, rude and arrogant. I would like to be treated with respect as well, the way she boasts to be respectful of people on her website. i do not wish to ever interact with her again.” – Janet W. ⭐☆☆☆☆ November 1, 2021

Positive reviews:

“I hired these guys to install an EV charger for me. I felt fortunate that Russ, the sales guy, lives a few blocks from the permitting department in Palo Alto and knew how to navigate that process. He and Daniel, the electrician who installed the charger, are so professional and pleasant. I truly enjoyed working with them from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend them for any service they offer. They have a known and strong reputation for quality work.” – Laura King ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2026

“I got multiple bids on re-roofing my home and Homepro was the most professional in providing me with a bid that matched the project scope I was requesting. Other roofing companies took two to three tries to get a bid that reflected my needs. The project was started within a couple of weeks of contract signing and went very smoothly. The crew was respectful of property and cleaned up the work site at the end of each workday. They do excellent work and I would highly recommend them. The roof looks great and I am very satisfied.” – James Cesari ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 2026
