“It’s funny – as they say, you don’t know what you don’t know! 1) Who do you call when your solar panels aren’t working? 2) Did you know squirrels and other rodents can eat the lines under your panels? Do now-get the “Critter Guard”. 3) Do you need to get your panels cleaned? Yes, you should annually. Loren Bell with “I Love My Solar” knew these answers and got our business. He did a great job, awesome service and was timely with the work. Our ittle project turned into a bigger job, but all 34 solar panels versus 6 are back up and running. “The Solar Company did a brief 3 way phone call with me and PG&E to determine our monthly average electric bill over a 12 month period. And it’s a good thing they asked if we anticipated higher usage the next year because in fact, we did. We replaced a downstairs air conditioner so they estimated our additional electricity usage and recommended a solar system that was perfect to eliminate our electric bill! We run our upstairs and downstairs air conditioners frequently during heat waves. It could be 90 degrees outside yet we are cool and comfortable inside. We took advantage of a loan they recommended, got our 30% tax credit and only pay $10 a month to PG&E! It’s unbelievable! It might sound basic, but The Solar Company staff followed through on everything from the evaluation, permits, installation, and promise that our solar would eliminate our bill. 2 years later, they have still delivered on every promise! Twenty Year warranty went up in a puff of smoke. Now I see they think that is okay to do by the way they pat themselves on the back about their old company. “Looks like the solar company is now “I love my solar” I used the solar company to do an install back in 2016. Purchased the system for 34,000 then they close about a year later. Then I find this company. Reviews show dating back to 2007 and further and this is a brand new company. I click on the reviews and they are from the Solar Company.
