High-Quality Equipment (Tesla): The new Tesla equipment installed by the company is explicitly noted as EXCELLENT.

Negative Aspects

Google Reviews

Good Things

Great Customer Service and Knowledge: People say the team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. They go above and above to make sure everything runs well, without stress, and is enjoyable.

People claim that the installation is perfect, quick, professional, and effective, and it usually only takes a few hours.

Dependability and a Smooth procedure: After looking at five offers, the company provided us the best price, and the entire procedure went off without a hitch.

Things that are not good

Post-Installation Service was extremely hard: One customer experienced problems for eight months after installation, such the system not being correctly connected at first (losing 3–4 months of solar), a transformer going bad, and a breaker tripping every day.

Not fixing problems that were already known: A customer complained their roof was leaking, but the roofer the company sent stated he “couldn’t find the leaks,” even though the customer had images to prove it. It took three months to get fixed.

Billing and Communication Gaps (Initial Stages): There was a minor oversight where a missing E stop breaker was noted by the customer, which should have been caught earlier by the installation crew.
