What Do Customers Say About the Infinity Energy?
Positive reviews:
“It has been almost a year since the installation of my 18 rooftop solar panels and inverters by Infinity Energy. The solar system has performed as promised and my electric bills reflect the success of this system. From my initial contact with Andy Strauss to the ongoing communication with office personnel and the installation by their skilled technicians, it was outstanding. There are a lot of moving parts and paperwork, but Infinity Energy guided me through the process. I would encourage anyone interested in rooftop solar to contact them for an assessment — you will not be disappointed.” – Stschopen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 24, 2025
“I’ve heard a lot of nightmares about solar companies with hidden fees or that are unresponsive after install. So far I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Any issues with the install were fixed in a timely fashion, and when we’ve had problems with one or two panels, Infinity Solar has come to fix it each time. I recommend their services.” – Dan J. Suzuki ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 3, 2025
Negative reviews:
“I have been looped around for 2 years to correct an installation problem — no callbacks, no help. My last electric bill was almost $300. I have 37 panels, paid in full, and have been pushed under the rug with no calls and no service.” – Sreeram Ravi ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 26, 2023

Positive reviews:
“The roofing installation was great and very smooth. The solar installation was even better — Lars, Mikey, Damian and Ivan really went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable, safe and happy with the final product. They respected our home even on a rainy day and were very neat and professional. I’ve spoken to at least 5 or 6 solar companies in the past and this has by far been my best experience.” – Johan Z. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 27, 2024
“Many companies hounded me for solar consultations. I said yes to a couple and they all failed to show up for appointments, so I gave up on them. Infinity came when they said they would, set very clear appointment times, and ultimately did a very professional job with the installation. They also do roofing projects, which makes me more comfortable with them drilling holes in my roof. They strive for and achieve customer satisfaction and stand by their work. I would highly recommend them.” – Aj L. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 29, 2022
Negative reviews:
“Our system was turned on 3 months ago, and starting the next day all the lights in our house started flickering in the evenings. The flickering instantly stops when we turn off the solar system. Initially they were adamant this had nothing to do with the solar panels, which is obviously absurd. Twice they have sent electricians who tighten the connections and leave. No one is interested in actually solving this problem. They have no explanation for the flickering, yet want to claim it’s not the solar panels when turning them off instantly fixes the problem.” – Rachel N. ⭐☆☆☆☆ March 3, 2026
“While technically they’re okay, they are totally unreliable about being there at the assigned time. For the installation, even though I told them repeatedly that the scheduled time didn’t work for me, they all showed up anyway. The same thing happened with an inspection nine months later — I confirmed 9:30 AM twice and they showed up at 9:00 when I wasn’t there. My follow-up call resulted in them blaming the utility provider and incorrectly telling me it was my job to call the utility and reschedule — they had never told me that.” – Marlene P. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ July 21, 2025
Positive reviews:
“A casual but hard-working environment. The office is filled with good people who all work together. The culture is what stands out the most — everyone was very welcoming when I came aboard and I have built great relationships in a very short period of time.” – Senior Recruiter ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 12, 2024
“I am happily approaching the start of my 5th year with Infinity Energy. I knew nothing about the solar industry when I started and have learned a great deal. I work very closely with the owners and our Operations Department to provide outstanding customer service. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot imagine working anywhere else.” – Scheduling Coordinator / Customer Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 10, 2019
Negative reviews:
“The pay is decent but the physical demands are extreme — a 3-hour van ride followed by 6 hours of continuous labor, with no tolerance for taking time off. Holiday bonuses are given solely to the sales team and not to the installation crew who do the actual physical work. Have another job on standby.” – Solar Installer ⭐⭐☆☆☆ November 12, 2025
“There is great potential here but poor structure, poor leads, and poor management. 90% of leads called are not qualified, and depending on which manager you speak to you get different advice. The role kept changing — from appointment setter with no quality emphasis, to a pod system, to appointment setter with sudden major emphasis on quality to the point of nearly doing sales work without being in a sales role.” – Appointment Setter ⭐⭐☆☆☆ October 22, 2025
Positive reviews:
“This is my second time getting solar on a home. This company was wonderful from the first phone call to installation. Both the sales and project management teams were awesome. Dana and Yani checked in during the entire process including after the install to make sure everything went well.” – Milan Patel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 2026
“We are very satisfied with every aspect of the whole process. We had the pleasure of working with Adam, one of their sales representatives — very helpful, organized and always prepared. The same goes for their technicians and installers. The system they installed is top-notch with all the newest technology available. If you are nervous about finding the right people to install solar panels, this is it.” – Jacek Furtak ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 2026
Negative reviews:
“This company doesn’t understand what ‘remove me from your call list’ means — non-stop spam calls three times a week. Be very careful about inquiring about them.” – Matt Scullin ⭐☆☆☆☆ January 2026
“I’ve called and emailed a dozen times after paying my share of almost $3,000 and have received no response and no refund for a project that started 17 months ago. I need this escalated to a manager or director.” – ACE & SPADES ⭐☆☆☆☆ January 2026
