“As some others have said, we were quite attracted and calmed by Alex the salesman and Kim the contact. He told us we would cover all our demand with the system they were putting up, solar panels and heat pumps. We have a large barn for the panels and a multi-unit house.But things soon went south. Alex sent us an attractive set of promises of generation and consumption. The problem was these were 30% low on generation and 50% low on consumption (after a year’s data). We suggested that IGS could add panels at their cost to make things right but they stonewalled us. They claimed they had made no promises even though we have a very clear data sheet from them. Do not deal with this company.Then over the winter water from the roof fell on one heat pump, totally covering. It with ice. They said we could put a roof on it. “I’ve purchased a Solar System.After conversating with REMOVED, the manager of Intelligent Green REMOVED. And paid for a system 31000.$. They installed the system on my roof of the house. I had a bad roof, they did not inform me of that situation before installing. “Truth and communication is not their strong point. Buyer beware. We had solar and a heat pump installed by this company. ALEX H was the sales representative, who told us they would design a system to take our electric bill away! He didn’t turn over the correct REMOVEDbills to the engineers. Fast forward one year, not even half of savings . We were lied to, their install was sloppy, left debris everywhere, left unfinished drywall inside the house, didn’t back fill the conduit ditch correctly, left ugly conduit over the surface of our roof and outside on our siding of our brand new house. Empty pallets, cardboard and debris everywhere. Had to call several times to come back to reinstall panels evenly after sending them pictures because they were misaligned. Still having issues with side by side panels not producing the same kWh. They have excuse after excuse. Beware especially is you are retired or on a fixed income. They will take complete advantage of you.Signed the contract for the heat pump on 7/1/2024 finally installed in December! If your house is a good candidate for a solar system, it just makes sense financially, to install one of these systems!One year – Alex lied to us and provided a proposal that does not reflect the true production of our system! Our system only covers about 50% of our electrical needs instead of the 90-95% that was promised. The installation team also put additional holes in our roof and failed to patch them resulting in water damage to a first floor bedroom. It took multiple trips for them to correctly patch the holes.
