“A neighbor recommended this company, and I called them with the intention to hire them to guide us in our own solar install. After meeting Shaundra and seeing how she put together a great plan for our install, we decided to have them build a 13.2 kWh system for us. The build is incredibly solid, with heavy schedule 40 pipe and high quality mounts. (it’s on the ground). They also designed it so that we can easily add panels in the future. Shaundra was also aware of a USDA program that provided grants for small rural businesses, and she filled out and submitted the paperwork for us, which is huge to me. “This company claims to partner with your power company, but they do not. Do your research before you sign any contract with this company or any other solar company. Inty will send sales people to your door offering solar panels at a financed rate, saying that your bill will be less than what you are paying now, which doesn’t seem feasible. I started the process back in November, system was installed in December and I got my system turned on 2 weeks later. “I found Inty Solar by a fluke and loved everything they did. I don’t review unless I am really pleased by a company, and I found that this business not only gave me an entire solar array on my roof for less than all the others (I researched), but they were also accessible and helpful. The solar panels they offered had higher-than-average warranties as well. I’ll be ninety and still covered for solar! I’d recommend this company to whomever is serious about getting solar panels and saving money on electricity. “The solar installation process ran very nicely. As with any home improvement, the process takes time, but getting it all done in 4 months and before the holidays is fantastic. The technicians were very good at working within our schedule. When working at my home, they made sure that both my elderly mother and I were aware of what was going on. We didn’t have to hassle with getting permits on our own, contacting our HOA for permission, or arrange the city utility connection inspection. They did it all. “In ******, ******* – and probably elsewhere – they go door to door offering extremely misleading deals, and nobody should sign anything with them before getting other quotes. For much less than the full 25-year price of the lease they sold to a family member of mine, you can buy a system from other vendors in town that will generate three times the power and include a comparable battery. They rely on peoples lack of knowledge about the solar industry to make large profits on upsold systems that shouldnt cost nearly as much as they charge. A $60,000 contract for a Tesla battery and a few panels that produce less than ***** kilowatt-hours a year is robbery in todays solar market. “Don’t perform, has cost me over $1,000 in the last few months! Repeatedly lied to me. Would not return calls or give updates ! Carlos is the only reason I don’t bring legal action I purchased a $65K system based on what the salesman recommended. It did not perform! So then purchased an additional $42K of solar equipment and batteries. Now as of several week’s ago it is performing as it is supposed to.They turned off the first system for 9 months while they added the second one. “I was not able to get solar as I am renting my home but the girl at my door told me I would get a $500 referral bonus if I know someone who needs solar. I referred someone and they ended up getting solar. I was there when the other guy closed the deal. He even said I will get the referral bonus once they got “PTO”. The solar has been working at her house for over 2 months and every contact has ghosted me. They just care about their sale and nothing else. The referral bonus is fake. I’ve been in contact with customer service and they can’t even get someone to reach out to me about it. It may be only $500 but it’s the precedent of the situation.
