Positive reviews:
“Wonderful service. Prompt and fair pricing. We had 2 areas on our townhouse repaired.” – Teresa B. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ December 5, 2022
Negative reviews:
“The lady answering phone very rude and heart less very mean to customer.hope the company take Serious look to this comment I will not recommend this company anymore this kind of employee should not be hired” – Farideh B. ⭐☆☆☆☆ August 16, 2021
“Full disclosure, I haven’t used Kentex’s services; they may be perfectly competent. However, I know that I will never patronize them because of their actions concerning the “Day Without Immigrants” Strike that is taking place 02.16.17-02.17.17. I expect businesses to show respect for their community and for their employees. Sadly, Kentex opted for a policy of immediately terminating any employee who opted to strike in support of immigrants on these days. I find this shameful. Please consider bringing your business elsewhere.” – Mac L. ⭐☆☆☆☆ February 16, 2017
Positive reviews:
“Noticed their trucks around town so called them for a flat commercial roof repair. Had a great experience and would recommend them to family and friends.” – Edwin Young ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2021
“Kingtex worked with our insurance company every step of the way and advocated for us at every step. They provided an amazing roof on time and on budget. Randy is great to work with and communicative. I would recommend highly.” – Carolyn Stuart ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2020
