“My husband was in the yard and spotted a Legacy Roofing truck in the neighborhood and stopped him to ask how we could get an inspection. A couple hours later, REMOVEDstopped by and looked at our roof. To our amazement he said that we did not a new roof yet! He took his portable extension ladder out and got up on the roof to make sure and take some pictures to send us with a ball park wag estimate for future planning. He believes our roof will be fine for two to three more years. There were several things that impressed us with this company. – [ ] The speed of their response to the request for inspection.- [ ] Jesses honesty by telling us we do not need a new roof yet. – [ ] Legacy Roofing does not do door-to-door solicitation and do not REMOVED. “BUYER BEWARE! I’m going to do everything in my power to make these guys lose more money than I have lost because of their negligence. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. Do your research and DON’T buy from these guys.They absolutely swindled me and now I’m on the hook for $50,000 dollars. I’ll just tell you straight. These folks lied and said the system would cover my electric bill. I asked many times and the sales guy knew it was my only reason for buying from them. He told me repeatedly that it would cover my bill. 2 years later I am stuck with a 250+ loan payment and my electric bill only went down about REMOVEDdollars a month.On top of that the system was installed poorly and incorrectly. It didn’t affect the output bit it limited my ability to see and measure the input/output of the system. Was this done intentionally so I couldn’t see the scam?The sales guy knew what he was doing. When I reached out to the company they didn’t take responsibility and tried to blame the installers. They did not disclose the proper information and don’t have the integrity as a company to make it right. I’m a reasonable person and would have worked out a reasonable solution. They offered NO help or solution at all.I have had a third party come out and inspect things. Not only was it installed poorly, he informed me that he’s confident the sales person knew that my area wouldn’t be compatible with the type of system they installed and that it was blatant negligence to have sold me the system.The company never followed up, never checked in, never communicated. They had me sign on the dotted line and I never had a helpful communication since. My family all have systems from other companies and they let me know this isn’t the experience with these other companies. So again, do yourself a favor… do your research and find a more respectable company. “We contacted Ryan at Legacy Roofing about replacing some trim around our roof that had been damaged in the wind. He came out the same day and gave us a quote the next. Our quote included the repairs we requested, and also a separate option to replace some trim that looked crumpled. There was no pressure to do the additional work, but the quote was very reasonable so we opted to have them do the additional trim as well. When we were ready to do the repairs, Andreas and his crew came the day after we contacted them and had the work done in a few hours. “I would give this guy 10 stars if I could. He not only gave me a really good bid. He did the job In about two hours. He double nailed every shingle and he sealed all the vents, which wasn’t even in the original bid and didn’t charge me extra. Not only that, but when he left, he noticed some shingles sitting on my porch that had blown off the roof and he took those with him very professional guy and he owns the company. “I would have shared this review earlier but didn’t want to damage the reputation of the business. I was looking at putting solar panels on my roof so contacted several contractors for bids, one of which was Legacy Roofing. When I spoke to the individual on the phone I told him my roof was in pretty good shape but we were looking at installing solar panels. He asked if we had insurance and if there was any wind damage. I replied we did have insurance but to my knowledge no wind damage. He said they were pretty good at getting insurance claims through. After inspecting the roof he showed me a picture of a bent over/ creased shingle and said by submitting a claim he thought he could get insurance to replace the roof. I said I didn’t think the roof was bad but he said he thought insurance would replace it. I gave him the information to file a claim which he did and naturally it was denied. Now as I try to get a cheaper rate on my home insurance, the insurance company tells me they won’t insure me because a claim was filed even though nothing was paid out! Funny thing is I had an inspector and two other roofing companies inspect my roof for a bid and none of them found this damaged shingle. I think the Legacy estimator bent the shingle so he could get a roofing job- don’t trust them a bit!” – Shane Cole ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2025

“Legacy roofing did my roof and the result is great I’m not complaining about the work at all. However, we had an area of the roof that leaked which is what prompted getting a new roof. They built into our estimate what it would cost to fix that and then we paid with a debit card 50% down to get the roof done. So we didn’t take out loans, we didn’t finance it was essentially cash. While the roof was getting done the workers backed into my house and destroyed my siding, and ran over a flower garden and destroyed all the plants. We were assured that they would fix our siding and I wasn’t super worried about the garden. The problems came after. First, we could not get them to send us a final invoice. I don’t like owing people money and we had the cash in our bank account and I just wanted to pay it. we had to harass them two to three times a week before they sent us the final invoice about 6 weeks later. We paid it immediately within 24 hours. And then like 3 months later, out of nowhere, we got another bill for like 1800 bucks. It was to fix the roof where it was leaking even though that was already built into the estimate. My husband was going to take care of it, but he has a job that takes him out of town, and he was hard to get a hold of. They at no point attempted to call me and they sent it to collections. I of course paid that. And they never fixed the siding on my house. They also never sent us the warranty information. So beware.” – Malissa Cutlip ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2025
