“It’s good from the beginning but in a short time you will be responsible for a lot of stuff that you really shouldn’t be. Penalties and financial responsibilities for some else mistakes and damages, they are considering you like a W2 employee (which means office meeting, responsibility for ordering and picking up the material from the warehouse and distributors on you free time and spending you time and money for the gas, you won’t get paid for the job that you already did until the company get the money from the customer, financial office, etc.) but after all you are 1099 contractor.” – Installer ⭐⭐☆☆☆ April 17, 2025

“This is a long overdue review of Limitless Electric. Rico and his crew did a great job! They were efficient, professional, personable, and worked as a team. They showed up on time, however, needed to wait a few hours allowing the roof to dry after a rain shower. Found they were able to complete the electrical work from outside, never having to drill any additional holes from breaker panel to the outside electric meter. Completed the work later into the evening and as this was a Friday I did not get any “vibes” from the crew that they were in a hurry to finish the job. “Initial communication was okay. The install went smoothly and they, installers, were professional and kept the site clean. Overall not a terrible company to work with, initially. However, they seem to have dropped the ball on communication after everything was installed. Trying to get responses through email is next to impossible. I get the impression that once the installation is done they do not follow-up with customers. Unfortunately, I would be unable to recommend them in good conscious knowing how they fail to even acknowledge receiving emails and lack of follow through on return communication. “Worst experience EVER!! Our neighbors had an install which was one morning for four hours. Ours has been going on since Labor Day Weekend. We have had four different crews come out. Apparently the first crew did not install correctly which was left for a month. The next crew told us we had a fire hazard and redid all the work. The crews have not ever shown up during the window of time(4 hours) and have kept our power off three times for several hours. Today for the entire day. One crew showed up at 8:30 in the evening. Others like my neighbors had a great experience. Us not at all. Also a hole was drilled in the wall through my closet. We can not get return calls from the salesman or the main office.
