“They explained how the project works including the government incentives and the new laws. I got installed in January 2021 and I am so happy I made the decision. At first I wasnt sure about all the benefits but knew it was a good idea. Now I see the electric rates have gone up, my friends are complaining about their bills and the news is frequently bringing up increases. Inflation is a real factor. Literally everything has gone up except what I pay for electricity because of my solar panels. I dont normally write reviews, however I am compelled to do so because this company has been very responsive and has corrected issues with lots of communication and relatively quickly. I wish more companies actually cared like they do. I like that when I call a clear speaking human in America picks up. The solar consultant was very knowledgeable and wasnt just talking about saving money but about all the things would affect my family and budget by not going solar. The conversation has proven to be valuable and now I feel like a genius for making the right decision. I have a REMOVEDkw system and no battery. I just got another electric vehicle and they are charged by the sun! I am happy I did it with Luminasun. The other companies I looked at are no longer in business. “We have had our Lumina Sun solar panels for about a year now and continue to receive Duke Energy bills that are often higher than our monthly solar loan payment. We had to wait 9 weeks to have our panels and roof evaluated due to slow communication — often taking 11+ days to get an email response. After receiving conflicting evaluation results, we were told we may need to pay more for additional panels due to their poor initial assessment.
