“We wanted to have solar installation to take advantage of the last year of the 30% tax credit and I setup an appt with MAD Energy around July. The initial meeting went well and we decided to go with them. They said that we will get the install before the end of the year. So the salesman told us to apply for credit at their CU Bank and we did. We got the loan approved after two weeks. Now, setting up the installation date became a problem. They kept me waiting for an update two weeks at a time that goes on and on with excuses with their crew’s scheduling, vacations, holidays and even talking with their owner while assuring me that we are already on the list to get installed before the end of this year. When we sensed that we are just getting led on, after those every two weeks of waiting became months, we decided to look for another company that is more true to their words.
