“We had the guys install a tankless hot water heater. After installation it didn’t work and they spent time troubleshooting before concluding it might be a defective unit. I checked it myself and found the breaker had simply not been turned back on after wiring. It was never a defective unit — they just failed to flip the breaker switch back on when they were done.
