“Our job was small. Turns out the living room thermostat for the electric baseboard heat in that room failed. We were really hoping to get an electrician to come out the same week. We were very happy to schedule an appointment with MEC Electrical so quickly on the following day. However, we received a call from MEC only 20 minutes later. One of their electricians was nearly finished with his work at the Mall in Frederick and with our okay he would stop by the same day. Of course we said “Yes!” Andrew called a little later to let us know he was on his way. The repair took less than one hour. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable – very professional. He identified the problem immediately and had the part needed for what he said was an easy fix. Overall, our experience was extremely favorable. Plus, the price was fair.
