“The majority of people here in account specialist roles are amazing. CEO is great and people are very friendly. You’ll love your job as long as you don’t stand up for your self. Senior managers will take away your legal right to lunches for meetings, if your hired on as a hybrid position it’s all a sudden a ‘privilege’ that you have to earn. With absolutely no real training program besides people showing you how they do it 500 different ways, everyone expects or asks you to do it differently and you must be able to ‘pivot’ to their needs without any explanation. If you don’t operate at 100% within 3 months in busy season and if you ask for an explanation on why your not aloud to take your lunch when your scheduled from 8-5 you will be labeled as ‘combative’. Not to mention people roll eyes during meetings and make faces when they don’t get their way. The national account team is ran by one very catty 24 year old and employe favoritism is very strong as these ‘combative behaviors’ have caused a serious turn over rate that everyone on that team can feel.” – Account Administrator ⭐☆☆☆☆ September 14, 2022
