What Do Customers Say About the Miami First Remodeling?
Positive reviews:
“Miami First Remodeling met or exceeded my expectations in nearly all categories. Antonio and his team were exceptional. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and bath rooms. Professional and fair proposal with appropriate detail, followed by predictable and high-quality results. When issues arose, they were quickly addressed, and the final project results are gorgeous. There were several instances where they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We’re happy, and friends and family that visit are wow’d by our new space. Would definitely recommend.” – Marie L. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 15, 2025
“Was looking for a reliable company to help with renovations and also plan for new construction. This team moves extremely quick, pays attention to all the small details, and makes sure service is top tier. Pricing is reasonable but most importantly the work is top tier. Shout out to Gil for being a beast and making sure team moved quickly.” – Peter S. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 27, 2023
Negative reviews:
“DON’T USE THEM! They are not timely for their appointments and their customer service is horrible. Their people, except for Katherine, are RUDE!! I guess they don’t need business. The guy who showed up at my house in a yellow convertible Audi could care less if he got the job or not. Luckily there are a million remodeling places in Miami. The guy who took my call on Saturday could care less either. You should really get rid of some of those people, they do your business no good.” – Helga S. ⭐☆☆☆☆ April 13, 2024
“I should have checked Yelp reviews, then I would have known our experience was not an anomaly. Work on our bathroom remodeling job began May 6th, 2026. Today, July 13th, the tiling is not done, the plumbing is not done, the lighting is not done, the walls are not prepped for painting, and the shower floor has to be redone. I hope the floor, which is the only thing done and is covered, will not need to be redone. Miami replaced the first crew, but there is no urgency to get the bathroom done before we move in next week. Our bedroom, which adjoins the bathroom is a construction site. What would they have done if there were furniture? We will not have our bathroom done as expected before our move-in date. However, I am begging them to get rid of the construction materials in our bedroom so we can clean and move in furniture to be covered until they complete the bathroom. I cannot recommend Miami First Remodeling and am extremely disappointed with the work.” – Carol H. ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 13, 2026
Positive reviews:
“We were looking for the right company to do our kitchen remodel and our neighbors told us about Miami First Remodeling. We saw their kitchen and really liked the design. We hired them about three months ago and we were very impressed by the speedy process, professionalism and commitment to work. They were very patient and talented! Highly impressed” – Pen Porenia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 7, 2026
“I just had my Kitchen and Master Bedroom remodeled by Miami First Remodeling and i am more that satisfied with their work and pricing. I originally got quotes from 4 different companies, they were the 5th. They blew me away with the process they have and showroom as well. Will recommend 10/10” – Matt Zarate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 2026
