“I like the way they walked me through all the paperwork. The installation went smoothly. We’re almost 3 years after the installation with no issues. The roof estimated size didn’t match reality. The difference was a few inches, but we have to meet code. The additional panels were installed on adjacent roof sections. Hopefully the measurement tech has improved in the last few years. “Sadly, I am not able to give 5 stars as everyone else has. It has been over a year since we started the process with MN Solar, and our project is still not finished. Communication from the company has been greatly lacking. We reach out via their ‘basecamp’ system, and go weeks with no response. We reach out multiple times. Our installation crew showed up with no warning. Fortunately, it was a day we were home, as they needed access to our garage. We paid for consumption monitoring, and that is STILL not up and running properly. I will not go into a super lengthy review, but these are our two biggest complaints.
