“The worst customer service ever . We have pool solar through them . Within the first year the system had a major leak , stopped working . They came out and replaced pipes . 6 months later more issues That informed us 85$ service charge so I said ok come fix it . When they come out and check it .. well now there is labor charges too for 15 min fix with no parts or anything . All the guy did was check the system , change timer setting and said it is working . “I called this company to get a quote on doing solar. They asked for a appointment at my home and I said lets just do a phone consult instead. I really dont like having sales people come over. I was told OK we will get back with you in the next couple of days. Two weeks later I get a call back and they say (same person) will be there in an hour for our appointment we just wanted to make sure you were home. I told him you have never called me back much less made an appointment. He asks, No one called you? No, I called you and you were supposed to call me back for a phone consult and you never did. I’m no longer interested in doing business with Mohr power solar put me on your do not call list. Two months go by and today I get another call, Hi this is mohr power solar and you canceled an appointment with us…. I cut him off right there. NO I didnt! I ran the whole thing down for him once again then hung up. What I think is the most interesting thing about this company is they are always plowing the road rather it be Lobbying for the future of the Solar industry or bringing the new most advanced products to market. “The contact was signed 7/22/10, but work could not be scheduled to start for two months!. This is because I think they are focused on solar-electric work. Waited two month and they came, work was done fine. However, do not sign the work is completed or give final payment until you are completely happy. I though all was well, but when problems were found I was in the warranty job and that took a number of phone calls, and emails to get done. Brittany would always answer my calls or respond to voice messages promptly. She was pro-active in getting us a reasonable quote for a simple solution from a 3rd party inverter vendor (FIMER). All this convinced us to go with Mohr Power instead of a bigger company in Orange Country whose sales team was intent on upselling us on larger capacity inverters and tacking on monthly remote monitoring fees we didn’t need. James and Zack made short work of unmounting the old inverter, installing the new one, and patched up the remaining holes. “This was a good company 20 years ago when I bought my first pool solar but now it’s really bad under the new management I bought my 2nd solar. They put it on a wrong place and maybe did something wrong that caused me very bad roof leaking and lots of trouble. My roof is brand new with no leaks at all before they installed the panels. I had to call hundreds of times and agreed to pay more money to get an appointment for them to come to relocate the panels. Unfortunately they didn’t show up on the appointment day with no notification and apologies. Many days before the appointment day I left hundreds of messages for the owner to call me back but I got no reply and no notice for a missing appointment. I really feel bad and hurt about this. I can’t fix the roof because the panels are there and I have waited forever to get hold with the owner for an appointment but no one showed up. I’m stuck painfully!!! I regret that I trusted them too much to check their work soon enough. All they want just get the new customers money and will not take care of you after you pay. “Been about 5 years or more since the install havnt heard a peep from them till now asking for a review. Well my wall controller still does not work been like that since you all put it in. I did have you come out one time to reprogram it you wanted to charge me 250.00 so i declined. They pushed this program where they put a lein on your house till you pay them off called hero nothing hero about it.
