Positive reviews:
“Yes, I recommend this pro” – Nancy C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 2015
“It was wonderful. They let me buy from Lowe’s instead of going through them so I could get a better price. They work with you in scheduling. They are very accommodating.” – Linda L. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 2008
Positive reviews:
“My family was in desperate need of getting our meter and mast fixed so we could get hooked back up after the Cedar Rapids storm. Got a hold of them and within an hour they were there and working hard. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for being there for Cedar Rapids and my family!” – Brent Kimmich ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2021
“Called Mohrfeld when I was in a bit of desperation mode being without power for 10 days due to the Iowa derecho storm. After being given the run around by a local electrician, I reached out to Mohrfeld and they actually came out the same day! I was at work, but they were able to give me an update of when they arrived and when they finished. Greatly appreciate their help during some desperate times of needing the repair before Alliant could even restore my power. Highly recommend.” – Mackenzie Glasgow ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2021
Negative reviews:
“I never got to use them. Someone came out to give me a bid and I never heard back for over a week (almost 2). I then left multiple messages over the course of another week. I eventually heard back from someone who basically told me they didn’t have time for my project because they were focusing on hospitals. I just wish they would have told me sooner so I didn’t waste almost 3 weeks waiting around on them. I went ahead and hired JM Electric instead and they were awesome!” – Tim W. ⭐☆☆☆☆ December 2025
