“While working at Morrow Meadows, I was talked down to, disrespected, and my job was threatened regularly while working there. At times the people working there could be difficult, but not as difficult as the management and leadership above management. Pay is below average, however people at the top are driving super nice vehicles which suggest pay at the top is very robust while people at the bottom get the bare minimum. Often times an employees schedule will get changed at the last minute, and if you cannot accommodate the change they label you as not flexible and not a team player. Treatment is a one size shoe fits all, and doesn’t provide for individual needs of employees. The company uses unlicensed electricians to keep cost low while clients get sub par treatment. Job turnover is EXTREMELY HIGH. Often times policies and procedures are not enforced. The company is less about helping people and making sure the management at the top get the money for the next pick up truck or Audi of choice.
