“They were great at their service and provide a high quality service, but lack the ability to know how to run the administrative piece of a business. Business is managed by both husband and wife who have competing priorities and you are likely to disappoint one or the other. That was very difficult. They left a lot of details out in the role throughout the interview process, such as when you are eligible for any benefits (6mths) and how often you get paid (monthly). They made me jump through many hoops throughout the 3 step interview process, such as doing some work prior to even having a position. I have worked in competitive corporate environments who didn’t do that.
