“It reflects very poorly on your company to have a technician come into my place of business and cause such a major disturbance while on the job. He acted as though he was entitled to special treatment, which is unacceptable. Even more concerning, he came back inside, began recording my employees, and created an even larger disruption. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful—not only to my staff, but also to my customers, who eventually had to step in and tell him to leave. To make matters worse, he then sped out of my parking lot in a company vehicle, further damaging your company’s image.
