Next Energy Solar review

Positive reviews:

“These guys do nice work. So glad I didnt choose the other guys, there is no conduit showing and its a really clean install. REMOVEDwas super awesome to work with as well, she kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Thanks Next Energy!! Call me this summer I want batteries too!!” – Sam T ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 17, 2026

“Next Energy did a fantastic job from start to finish. The install process for us was as quick and easy as it gets. I will be telling everyone I know about NextEnergy.ai” – Brock C ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 17, 2026

Negative reviews:

“Worst customer experience ever. Sales department made many promises, none of which were kept. Late installation, system does not produce adequate energy, leaving us with significant Xcel bills as well as monthly loan payments for the system. they are very difficult to contact and REMOVEDdoes not return calls as promised. After more than a year of trying to work with them, we have finally contacted an attorney and expect to go to mediation soon.We do not recommend doing business with these people.” – Nancy M ⭐☆☆☆☆ June 13, 2025

Positive reviews:

“Our previous solar company has been taken over by NextEnergy. Without fail an inverter has gone out leaving us with two panels out. When my husband called them to see if they could fix/replace NextEnergy did not waste anytime at all. The new inverter is ordered and they will install upon deliver. Awesome customer service. Thank you for your prompt service.” – Rebecca Burdess ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 2026

“This company is professional and our experience working with them was nothing but pleasant from the office to the field. They worked with not against nor independent. They listened and incorporated our ideas into the plan so that our finished product turned out exactly as desired.” – Christina Southwell ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 2026

Negative reviews:

“The lady on the phone I talked to was very sweet the guys that came out and did the job were very nice BUT…… I’m still waiting for hookup I called Xcel and they said Spencer Gordon hadn’t sent them the information they needed to complete the process. I called and emailed. That part is very disappointing how long it takes and how slow they are to give the information to Excel and actually get it up and running.” – jeri stjohn ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 28, 2026

“Non-responsive. Had one phone call with them about installing a battery and took the steps they advised. Then they stopped returning calls to setup the install. Disappointing service to say the least.” – Jason Wasserburger ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 2026
