“Working with Next Step Energy on our home solar installation was a pleasure. Everyone we worked with during the project was knowledgeable and professional and honestly fun to talk to. They were very accommodating and flexible with the timeline of the project when things didn’t go as planned, and they were unexpectedly generous with their time and labor. During installation, the crew noticed a few cracked rafters along the roof of the house. They could have simply ignored it or told us that we needed to have it fixed; but instead, they went out of their way to add a couple 2×4’s to strengthen it.
