They reviewed the leak and told me they did not complete the work on that part of the roof and that they should have caught it with the original estimate. “Even when we pointed to the problem they put the incorrect color and kind of shingles. They said they would stand behind it but did not. They also failed to finish caulking the flashing on the back roof, resulting in a leak. Portions of the roof look wavy even after replacing over $1,200 of plywood. The crew was very messy, left the dumpster over the weekend, and heavy wind blew debris everywhere. I had to clean up the mess myself.
