“I made an appointment to have my unit serviced and stated that my AC unit was clogged and dripping inside. When they came out they charged me $207 and all the technician did was blow on the plastic tube with his mouth to clear the clog. I asked about the overall servicing and he said he was not there to do that today and it would be a separate visit. All the debris and water got all over everything inside and I had to clean it up myself. I asked him to vacuum the unit and he said he didn’t have his vacuum with him. When I called the office manager to complain she argued with me and said the service manager would call me — no one ever did. “I purchased a new WiFi thermostat and needed a 5-lead wire installed. I was told the installation cost would be covered by the service call with no additional charges. When the technician arrived, the total came to $450 on top of the $105 service call — none of which was disclosed upfront. The service manager said he would have a serious talk with the receptionist, which did nothing to help me. I was still charged $105 for a technician who did nothing.
