“Don’t trust them at all! Deal with someone else!If you do decide to deal with them, get everything that will be done to your roof in writing and approve it before signing anything. “I’m a disabled veteran of second Cael from Panda Exteriors pulls in my driveway and approaches me and says I can get your roof done for free. He said file an insurance claim for wind damages and I can get you a free roof. My claim was denied of wind damages and reported to insurance board. I contacted Cael and his manager. They promised me they can still get me a new roof under the ‘veteran program’. This all happened in March. They all lied, reached out owners and everybody is ducking me. Then they have the nerve to put up their panad Exteriors signs on my street. You are all clowns. Dan lives locally to me and his company (Panda Exteriors)has done multiple roof replacements on my street so I felt I was making the best decision for my home. “Poor quality work. Lasted not even 2 months. I keep getting ill have so and so call you back. Its been a week of me trying and now we have rain tomorrow i called recently just to be hung up on multiple times. They quoted 28k then I got a estimate from other places for around 14k and they dropped the price I half… price gouging at its finest. A ton of low laying nails.
