“I had Pell Solar do my solar installation about 2 months ago. It was a super smooth process, and everything went exactly as Josh stated it would. He was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions (since this is a big purchase I wanted to make sure I really understood some of the nuances). My solar was installed in a timely manner (according to the timeline Josh originally gave me). After installation they were here for the city’s inspection and taught me how to monitor the system on the app. So far the production has been great and I’m looking forward to watch the production go up even more as we get into the summer months.Thank you Pell Solar for making this such a wonderful experience. “My wife and I had our solar panels installed by this company in the spring of 2024. From day one we have had terrible experiences with this company. It has taken nearly a year to get the panels and system working properly.On top of all that, we have been treated with terrible disrespect by the owner of the company. Be prepared for them to ignore emails and phone calls. If you do get in contact with them, they will treat you with more disrespect than you would think is possible. When pressed on concerns, they passed the blame to the manufacturer of the panels.The manufacturer of the panels actually had to come to our home and double check the work this company did. Pell Solar blamed the issues on Enphase, but it turned out that the system was installed incorrectly by Pell.Please go with a well-established operation.
