“Lance takes care all my electrical work for my home. He does outstanding work no matter how big or small the job is. I can always rely on the fact that he is going to do the highest quality of work possible. He is professional and very personable and so easy to work with. For an example, Lance responded to a request I made for work to be done before I had out of town guests arrive for Christmas. This was just the week before and Lance jumped immediately into the job and got the work done. He is extremely respectful of my home and we did not even know he was here doing work – he cleans up everyday after working. Lance’s pricing is exceptional and I did research other electricians in the area. “Recently This company came to my house replaced a new attic. The technician bent the louvers and lied and said he did not bend them. After I reported it to them several times. Then the technician Blaine got mad, when I reported it a few times then he started texting me one of his text messages! Was Very disrespectful telling me I was doing my own work own my house and I should not be doing it Cuz I lacked the skill set. thats was not the company business if I was working on my house or not. His only responsibility was to fix the fan motor. They did not have the decency to check and see if this was true.
