“I chose Pinnacle to put new siding on my home. I called and 2 days later had an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate. Steve came, was extremely polite and courteous, on time, and down to earth. He did not try to ‘sell’ me products or have a huge display or sales pitch, he simply was in tune to what I was looking for and gave me a price that day. The price was extremely fair. They started the job about 2-3 weeks later, took 4 days. the laborers were quick and efficient, friendly and respectful of my property- even my dog loved them! everyone comments on how great the new siding looks. “We had solar panels installed on the roof of our new pole building. While the panels are working great, the issue was the installation of them. During heavier rains the work done has created leaks in the roof. Despite several attempts to repair it, it continues to leak and the promises to repair it during the next heavy rain has not been addressed for the last three rains and phone calls are not returned as to when or how they will address the problem that they created.The generation of the electric is great but having things inside the building get wet because of their work is not worth the return. “Sales rep was great. Installation crew was great. Everyone else is completely unprofessional. My solar panels were installed in September of 2018. I have been given the run around ever since about the completion of the paperwork for my energy credits. I can not get my energy credits without them finalizing the paperwork. Mike and Evan pass my phone calls back and forth. I get told to contact the energy bureau to get my necessary paperwork. I was told that it has to come from a solar company. Mike insisted that he emailed the paperwork. Not in my email. They are complete liars. They don’t want to do anything to resolve the issues just take everyone’s money for solar panels. Since I don’t have my necessary paperwork to get my energy credits, maybe they are stealing my money and getting my energy credits. So I contacted an attorney. They ignored the attorney’s request for the paperwork. I guess I will see them in court because I am losing money by not being able to sell my energy credits. They are completely unprofessional. “I learned how bad of a place can operate while working here. If anything could go bad it did nobody here is respectful. Typical day at work always changes and nobody communicates what’s going on. Culture is trash no motivation to come in. When you do work your behind off it’s never enough. Hardest part of the job is fighting for your bonuses and decent pay. Place overall is dark and draining. “We had Pinnacle perform replacement of the roof & install the 44 solar panels. The roof was correctly replaced & looks great price was reasonable. Damage to 4 siding areas but only repart to 2 areas. The solar section tuuned into a nightmare. The 2 installer, Tony & Tony were men on the other age side but real problems started. The 1 Tony fell on ladder that damage my screen door & siding next to door. Door was never replace only credit. The siding was replace place new siding over the broken panels. No great look. They men did not install panel per design & problem with install. Project complete around Nov. 2018 & system worked intermitted until 2/17/2020 that I spoke with Mike Connell that legal action will be seek if solar are not repair & function properly. Express understand, visit site & checked entire install to replace parts. Stated the the prior installers are not with the company anymore. System work great until 1 micro inverter went out on a panel. Early June 2024 , called for repair & getting run around. Evan is not professional & limited knowledge in solar per info. Attempt to discredit warranty. Handyman vision review install & all panels not correctly mapped per design & will need move or remapped as laid out. Will seek legal help to resolve issue. “Had a salesman come to my house for a deal to be a marketing house for their company. The deal was take it or leave it so if the salesman left I couldn’t call him the next day to accept or think about it. Their prices are way too high and if I had the chance to compare I would not have signed with them. After signing all the paperwork I was told it would be 4 weeks for a new roof and then 6 weeks after that for solar. No one contacted me for 10 weeks and when they did they asked if they could send a salesman out to talk to me. After sorting that out and scheduled the roofers, they were only about to fix half my roof because of how the contract was written. After all that, the solar people show up to my house the next day unannounced and someone texted me from the office to wondering where I was at with the solar project. “This company has been calling me non stop, SPAMMING my phone constantly to try to sell me Solar. I’ve told them I’m not interested. My wife doesn’t want solar panels. I’ve asked them to stop.
