“Sent a note to their website for a residential roof solar appointment, they replied back setting up an appointment the following day 12-1:00. They were a no show, no call. Hard to do business with a company with no communication skills. Seems to me all the solar coompanies sell the same product for about the he same price. “Project went great. I worked initially with Michael and Lenny to clarify parameters of roof, and they were patient as I considered various options explaining pros/cons. I then worked with Ricky as my project manager, and I really felt overall the crew at Pinnacle Roofing went above/beyond. They were able to squeeze me in almost immediately on a weekend, and they were punctual and professional throughout. They cleaned up after themselves each day very carefully (one guy would basically spend an hour raking and cleaning up at the end of each day!). They took care of a bunch of little things (like redoing a couple vent holes that had to be changed due to a plumbing change), and they were conscientious about replacing fascia/roof decking w/o just going overboard and having me replace all of it unnecessarily. Also small little details like spray painting the vents to blend it into roof made my roof look great at the end. They offer a 5-star 25yr workmanship warranty backed by Certainteed at a small upcharge, in addition to their own 15yr workmanship warranty they include by default.
