“Without a doubt the greasiest roofing company I’ve had contact me about their “”free inspections””. They told me about all of these great things they were going to do once my insurance company paid for things. Then, when the licensed insurance adjuster came out he told us that there wasn’t any storm damage and that the guy from Planet had no idea what he was talking about. “Last summer, they installed a new roof and HVAC units on my building. After the installation, the unit was not working and I had to install a window unit and use it for three weeks they had basically forgotten about me until I went out and talked to one of the techs working in the complex.. I was also told that I could get connectivity with My phone, which was also not installed. Recently, we had a few days of rain and the roof in our unit began to leak, restoration firms were called into dry our units out because of the leaks. My hvac unit quit working completely less than a year after installation.
