They completed our job ahead of schedule and left our home as clean as it was before they started. We are absolutely thrilled with our finished product and would recommend Poulin to our friends. “Poplin did a remodel of floors, counter tops, bathroom, tile six years ago, we had a water leak in laundry room that did not show on the floor, it was in the wall, my floor in the laundry room and entry to back yard door began to buckle up, contacted Poulin they came and gave an estimate and a time frame of one day to complete the work, we now contacted a plumber to repair the leak, start to finish this job ended up taking a month, multiple trips down to our home which is 45 miles from their office, the job was completed, with more hours and trip trip time than on the contract, they did not charge us any more for the labor material or extra trips, they went way beyond for us and we are so grateful, great job, super people that helped us, would use them over and over again” – Anita V. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 25, 2019

“The finished work was great, but it was supposed to be a four day job and it took six weeks. Unfortunately, there was one issue after another with their employees and them being able to get the correct merchandise. This was a remodel for a 96 year old lady to have the tub taken out and a walk-in shower put in. Their communication with GroupMe was mediocre at best however they sure did want to get paid immediately. I would not recommend them. “Was excited to get my bathroom remodel in the works. Set it all up back in October of 2021. It’s now mid April and still don’t have squat. Keep getting excuses of supply chain problems. Then was told everything was in and work would get scheduled mid-March. Then was told again, they were still waiting on materials. I’ve been more than patient. They took the money and I’m making payments, but haven’t a thing to show for it. What a big big disappointment this has become. “Working here who is one of the worst job experiences I ever had the company is entirely too greedy. They want you to finish jobs complete remodels in 40 hours. They do not like to pay you overtime or will not pay you overtime. “The job went well. I was nervous that the grab bars would crack the cultured marble shower walls as I was required to sign a waiver of liability since ReBath would not guarantee since I had “cultured” marble. “I didn’t have as many problems with them as much as the contractors that they hired. I would not use them again for a job. They didn’t pay enough attention to detail. I found out later, when one of their foreman left their pricing book, that their profit margin was double what their cost was. I still have issues that were not taken care of. They were usually here on time, and they were real prompt before I paid them anything. They talked a good game, but when it came down to it, it wasn’t good. “This “8 day job” took over 8 months to complete. Time after time, our needs were put off and they continued poor work throughout this remodel. Kevin and Reuben have no sense of urgency after you’ve signed the contract and are “locked in.” Attached are pictures of their work that they left and we had to follow up with them time after time when they left this mess during the remodel. They do not work weekends and all of our PTO was used up waiting for these people to show up on a weekday. These people do not care about their customers and clearly do not care about the work they leave behind. Do not use this company. They do not answer their phones and they lack professionalism. “We had our “Free Design Consultation” with Daniela today and it was a joke. She was obviously rushed from the start. She never even asked us about our ideas for our project before she was asking us to choose between different types of tile within the first 5 minutes. We were then taken for a hurried “tour” of the building which only included showing us several shower tile options before we were taken back to the “conference” room where we sat for 20-30 minutes simply watching her type on her computer to come up with a ball park cost estimate, for a project we hadn’t discussed in detail, so who knows where that number came from…She obviously had more important things to be doing and we will not be bringing our business back here. We came in hoping to get more information to feel like we had a better understanding of the process and an appreciation for the one-stop shopping they advertise, but we were appalled by the unprofessionalism and left feeling more lost than when we walked in.” – Linnea Schroeder ⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2020
