“Update I received the payment along with requests to remove or revise the 1star review i left due to lack of communication between supervisors accounting dpt. And payment delay So job completion 12/30/23 contact made pictures and emails sent. Contact made again sunday 1/7 i was told it was mailed out. friday 1/12 mixed stories assured again its been mailed. 1/17 check arrives 2days shy of 3 weeks this experience has tought me alot as an inexperienced 1st time business owner this company has an AMAZING 0.3POINTS SHY OF 5 STARS WITH THE BBB and that speaks for its self the communication that was made was very professional considering how salty i was and they did apologize for the delay after the 1st review they handled me and the situation like a 5star company would and should and the BBB dont play so ill leave em with 5 instead of 4 due to my lack of professionalism and experience dealing with 3rd party sub sub subcontractors thank you power22 for the experience and the opportunity to work with your company and your customer.” – Aaron T. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 17, 2024

“The solar paraphenalia installed on the front of my house is six feet wide and five feet tall. Most customers probably have their solar on the back of their house, but mine is on the front. It’s made my townhouse look quite awful. This is something no one tells you or shows you a photo of. I’d told my rep that I want to sell my house sooner rather than later. No problem, he said, and he acted as an authority on GoodLeap’s assumable loans. Since then I’ve learned that an investor may not assume the loan from GoodLeap. Only someone living in the house full-time can assume the loan. I live in Tucson, so I’m guessing if someone buys my townhouse as a second home, a snowbird hangout, they cannot assume the loan. Had I known this, I would not have had solar installed, because most likely my buyer will want this as a second home. The rep should refrain from acting as an authority on assumable loans. Have the rep leave your house so you can review the long contract and terms without his sitting there waiting for you to sign. It’s a legal and binding document committing you to tens of thousands of dollars, so don’t be rushed. If you’re not looking to sell your house for the life of the loan, and the system isn’t on the front of your house, you may have a better experience than I.” – L B. ⭐☆☆☆☆ March 13, 2023

“So not sure sure if it was power 22 or titan solar that was causing all of the delays. This whole ordeal took almost 7 months to be able to have the solar system generating power. What made it worst is we already had solar, and we’re adding more panels. So this whole time we could not use our existing system. Of course there was permitting, but that went through in a week. Then weeks later after multiple engineering changes on the plans because they did pass specifications. (You would think that with all the experience these guys suppose to have they would get it right at after the second or third time.) Once everything was completed the new system would not turn on. The new inverter was bad. That’s not on them that was solar edge. But then there was the 2 more weeks to get installed. The worst thing is their communication. After sending multiple emails, voicemails ( they don’t answer your calls) and text they will get back to you in 2 or 3 days. I kept requesting a date when the new inverter will be installed, nothing except a automated email saying they were aware of the issue. Then one day I noticed the inverter switch was turned on and the new system was generating power. ( the old system cranked right up once I got the the ok from TEP to do so). So I let them know by email. That was last week. Today I get a response, oh ok that means your project is now complete. We hope it was a great experience for you. “These roofers are AMAZING!!! They completed our home, guest house and shed with shingles and rolled roofing in 2 days!! Alejandro the manager was in contact constantly and was very thorough! We had a old skylight that had been insulated in, these fabulous roofers helped us locate the skylight inside to determine if we wanted it opened back up, based on the location we declined, and Alejandro changed the order right away and they sealed it up tight after removing the old skylight. The roofers spent extra time making sure that there was not debris left in my yard so my children and pets did not get hurt on anything. These guys really do it right!!! When I called customer service for assistance the customer care agent was nasty, condescending and uninterested in helping me. “Updating my review of 5 stars to 0 after 7 months. I was approached by a salesman (no names), given a lot of false promises. Signed in August didn’t find out until December I was lied to, was promised my ac would be added into the life of my solar loan and my circuits wouldn’t trip with new box upgrades. Both were false. Don’t trust power 22 or titan solar they are looking for money not customers. I’ve filed a complaint about both companies with the BBB.
