“We need our siding replaced. They came by our house and we thought it was perfect timing. We scheduled an appointment, and they called the day of the appointment to cancel. That is not professional at all. A manager or someone could have come out. That just shows if they are canceling when trying to get a sale, I can’t imagine how they would be actually doing the work. “Power Home Remodeling did a terrific job from the start to finish. From the young lady who was very courteous of my time but still gave a solid base of information. Then the two sales people that came out and took their time and explained (and showed samples) of the process and the products going to be used. To Austin that did the final measurements and the office in setting up the appointment times well ahead so I could schedule around my time. The window, siding and gutter crews were awesome. “Salesman was very nice. But, he did not listen to what I kept saying. I told him I didn’t want an hour of pitching all the reasons to get new windows. “Was very nice at initial cold call. Work was done quickly and at a good price. Follow up warranty activation is where things started to go sour. Matt was incredibly pushy about other work. If I had let him bully me into doing what he was hounding me for I’d be in foreclosure right now. 8 months later the trim is falling off my house. “This company is awful and unprofessional. Waiting one year to have a storm door repaired. First called in fall of 2024. It takes three months for a service person to show up for an appointment. First time to come look at the sliding door and tech says need to order parts. Finally on Sept 3, 2025 tech showed with wrong parts and that didn’t fit. Now I’m told they can’t get the parts because the storm door is discontinued. Did offer a solution that I can replace the storm door for $4200.00. Ridiculous and I didn’t eleven write about three windows that still haven’t been properly replaced after the one year. Told those windows were discontinued also. “If I could assign them a negative star I would. The sales people are the biggest scammers I’ve ever encountered in my life. They come knocking with their sales pitch even though I live in a private property area with NO SOLICITING allowed. I am embarrassed to admit that twice I have been given bogus quotes that I agreed to and twice I’ve been scammed for almost $3K. I guess I’m fortunate it hasn’t been even more money. I am a senior woman on a fixed income and now I believe they seek out people like me. If there will be a class action suit against Power Home Remodeling please let me know. “I can believe how good my house looks now! Sam, my project manager was great, we did a walk around after everyday and he promptly addressed and corrected any concerns that I had. The workers were very professional and hard working. They were not only concerned about doing their work correctly but made sure not to damage anything on my property and cleaned up daily. “They salesperson was punctual however he LIED about his experience. He was new and lied about how long he had been with the customers and lied about other service calls in the area. We were given an estimate and pressured to sign a contract that night. We called back the next day to discuss and were assured they would hold the pricing from the night before, but when the salesperson returned the pricing was very different – the program was very different and the window count changed. It was very poor sales service and we would never recomend this group. To have a sales person flat out lie in this day and age – and to have a company that when told of his deception did not immediately fire him… it speaks about the whole of the organization. “We had the worst experience with this company. They send a salesman out that had no clue on how to read a ruler, how to measure and what his company can and can not do. He wasted hours of our time. Then we find out from the install consultant, that in fact he had the wrong measurements and sold on a door that they could not even make. 6,500 for a front door is crazy to begin with and the fact the salesman had 0 clue as to what he was saying. After thr install consultant we were told of all of the wrong information by Steven.When they re measured and put it in the system we were told again the door could be made. To find out in a email the next day it could not and other style was presented to us that we did not like and had told them what we wanted. I would never suggest this company as they clearly send out salesman that have no clue and they waste your time for a seriously overpriced door. “While I was happy with the product, price, and installation, I was infuriated by the “Quality Assurance” agent. While inspecting his team’s work he noticed several other windows which were “much worse” than the ones initially replaced. After rebuffing his high pressure sales pitch, I got a second opinion. Needless to say, there was no problem with the windows, and I was able to repair the siding on my house for a fraction of the cost.
