“Sub for SunPower, worst ever experience. The product itself is fine, but the installation caused roof leaks on both my roof and my friend’s roof, installed by two different Power On Solar teams. The company refused to take responsibility even though the leaks happened right after panel installation. The company also would not honor the promised promotion and referral bonus. “Not recommended for repairing and diagnosing SunPower system. We had them come out and tell us they don’t have the ability/access to work on the SunPower’s SunVault system. They charged us $500 for tell us that. Since then, I’ve contacted other solar companies. Most charge $250 at most and they had better knowledge about the system. If they don’t know what they’re doing, they shouldn’t rob people of $500.
