Mind you I went to seven different solar companies and got seven different quotes. There value was by far the BEST! “I’m a local 30 + year electrician that took over a large residential project from this company. Well not really take over more like they abandoned the project after it was rough wired. They even left left their job box full of supplies behind. I have been hired to finish the home. Let me say they are NOT residential electricians. The layout is horrible the make up in the boxes terrible, loose wire nuts. Looking at their website they seem so professional. The general manager and ceo where awesome. the schedule was always in tact with some available overtime. “What is the best part of working at the company? The hours are decent as long as you work 8.5 hrs a day What is the most stressful part about working at the company? All Upper Management including HR talk about everyone. Everyone will know ANYTHING you tell the HR Person. The Finance Manager moves money around, paying personal bills but coding the bills to the company so Corporate doesn’t find out. Once you uncover this, they will fire you. All the Upper Management cover for each other so Corporate doesn’t find out. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? For the longest time I didn’t know who my direct supervisor was. I was doing HR’s work until they decided to fire someone so I can do their work. Each department doesn’t help other departments complete their work. Everyone points the finger at each other. They don’t pay their Vendors, don’t clear Statements and all their suppliers are fed up. “False hopes and promises. moved the family to Tennessee from Florida for this company only to get laid off along with others. Made us take a company picture in the morning only to lay us off the same evening. Precision electric extremely overcharges for their work, not including high trip fees even for people they no cant afford it. They said they would call me back to work but I told them no thanks lose my number.
