“I cannot complain my fiance and I needed a roof and we needed to cut our UI bill in half. They took great care of us. They explained everything too us thoroughly and there were no hidden fees or sketchiness. When the guys came to do our roof they cleaned our gutters and changed out plywood at no additional cost I was very surprised because most companies give a invoice for extra services. They even check up on us to see how we are doing. I would seriously recommend Prime to anyone who is interested in saving money and being apart of what our new world is. Just take a look around for yourself. Solar panels are in every neighborhood but its your choice to make. “Don’t use these scam artists. We were lied to. Our electric bills are actually higher plus we are stuck paying an additional $275 per month for their crappy panels. I am ready to rip them off my roof myself. Total scam. Don’t be fooled. We were told if we got a bill from UI they would pay it. Total lie!!! Haven’t reimbursed us a penny. “I meet with these prime energy guys compared to all the other solar companies they are ripping people off. If you ever get solar meet with a couple companies and she what is out there. This company has fake reviews online from single reviews users and all the good reviews are around the sametime. That’s how you tell it is bs reviews, when you get solar ask for the rate amount on leases, and if you are owning ask the price per kw. “The CEO and HR department will promise you a decent pay plan and then change it at the last second when it is time to get paid. Also please keep in mind that this is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION. They will not tell you that in the interview process or in training. They make you sign a bunch of papers telling you that this is regular job where you get paid weekly. and then when it is time to get paid they will refuse to pay you. If you do sell any products for them, don’t expect to get paid for those commissions for at least 6 months. It almost seemed like a scam. After I got my electric bill last August I had had enough. I called a few friends of mine to see who they use for solar and they all recommended Prime Energy Solar. I couldn’t be more happy! Their staff was amazing, they call or write back right away and they explain everything to me thats hard to understand. I bought my panels over a 27 year loan and my price never goes up and I have a lifetime warranty as long as I’m still living here. “After reasearching the other solar systems and companies in Connecticut I decided not to use Prime because they are not a good value or reputable. They prefer to sell you “required” roofing (age and materials) for which they use use subcontractors for so when issues arise….you are on your own. They use commission only sales people which creates a rushed, grab the money and run attitude. That also creates lots of turnover so you might have to deal with replacement reps mid project.
