“Everything was great with installing. Was promised a mility/teacher discount by getting 8 months paid, never received. When trying to call our sales rep Markel refused to call back, after 1 month reached out to the owner and he still has yet to call back. Now the office will not answer my phone call. “I am very disappointed in the work performed. Not only was it extremely expensive, but failed the permit inspection.I was not home when work was performed. I had one outlet installed in my basement next to a wash basin. Obviously this requires a GFCI. I got home to find a regular plug & no GFCI. Took time off work for inspection & it failed. Yep, no GFCI. Called the company up and told receptionist it failed. She said, “No way”. Electrician came out and replaced plug with GFCI. Had to reschedule another permit inspection & take more time off work. Permit passed.Total cost was $349. Missed 4 hours off work at $120 for inspections. Apology- None! “So far not so good. Projected energy from solar cells verses usages was different after site survey as compared to the sales presentation. And not by a little. Despite this they gave the OK to proceed with 1st bank payment without telling us about the difference. After money is sent is not good business for us as customers.
