What Do Customers Say About the Proclaim Solar?
Negative reviews:
“Company sold me solar panels, installed panels before permits were applied for, left trash in my yard , put shut off and boxes on top of my vinyl siding causing it to buckle with temp. changes, promised 100% power with no electric bill, after all said and done it was only 60- 40 % no communication and no trying to make it right, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THERE PEOPLE” – Jason C ⭐☆☆☆☆ December 18, 2025
“Filled with false promises to get me to sign on with them! Unable to reach them when issues arise and most times it seems like the equipment doesnt work. Financially the bill doesnt add up to what they promised. I now pay more in electricity on my bill plus solar payment and on top of that have a lien on a home that was already paid off! Would not recommend dealing with these people at all!” – Juan V ⭐☆☆☆☆ September 18, 2025
Positive reviews:
“Some days ago i came from UK to USA and got a service from them. Staff was great when I realized the day after installation that the monitoring app wasn’t syncing correctly. A technician came back out the next morning and resolved it in under thirty minutes. No charge, no pushback, no waiting. That responsiveness is what customer service should look like.” – Abdur Rahim ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 2026
“Staff was great throughout a process that took about six weeks from consultation to activation. Multiple people were involved and every single one was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. That organizational consistency doesn’t happen by accident. Proclaim has clearly built a strong team culture around customer experience.” – Robert V ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 2026
Negative reviews:
“I have not been able to reach anyone about my panels. This is very upsetting and inconvenient. These solar companies surely do charge you every month and disappear.” – Julia ⭐☆☆☆☆ December 2025
“Biggest mistake I’ve ever made, they were very pushy coming 3-4 times a week after I had just delivered my baby and had surgery shortly after until I let them in and unfortunately signed for the panels. They were installed, promised a water filter for signing and insulation. Only completed the insulation part and the water filter is just sitting on the side of my house. I reached out to the sales men many times with no success. I even tried to reach them thru the financing company and no luck. I regret installing the panels so much.” – Linda Dilee ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2025
