“We got estimates from several firms regarding the PV panel installation for our residence (on the grid). Pure Power was reasonable and we chose them based upon several references we checked. The references were spot on and we are among their very satisfied clients. We have had our system 3 years and are pleased with it. The installation was top-notch and I’m a perfectionist. The crew was professional and friendly. We had some hiccups with an old electrical panel but we got through the process and they helped us with the permits thru the city and the rebates. “I communicated my job with multiple people via phone and email for over a month, for it to be dropped and the employee to no longer work for the company… apparently they can’t seem to make calls back after they “figured out what’s going on.” HUGE waste of my time and energy. I got toyed around now I’m 7 months pregnant and now it’s 100+ degrees and I didn’t get the solar setup for my yurt and tenants that needed simply new batteries and a controller. “Jonathan and his team are exceptional. The entire process from the initial consultation, through the install, and sign-off was great. Given how great my experience was, I expect there isn’t a better solar team around. The options presented, and their knowledge that went into the discussions made for well informed, easy decision making. Timeliness of component sourcing was quick, contracting, install scheduling, and their leading in working with PGE was painless. And, the install team was amazing. Kind, professional, thorough, and the quality of their work was spectacular. I felt like they were artists with their work with the conduit. The system looks fantastic, and functions even better.
