“I paid apps $12,000 for them to repair my roof after a previous company damanged my roof during solar installation. They took apart my roof in too places left my roof open and it rained flooding my bedroom and living-room had water dripping in my ceiling fans!!! The roof still leaks!!! In the same places only I have more damage. Today a new company came out $4000 so far stating they never replaced the decking lament and boards as I was charged for. Mind you I’m still under warranty withRNC bug they ghosted me when I asked for repairs! They have came out dozens of time to “fix” the leaks. Well today the new company showed me that they were caulking the damage NOT fixing the damage as paid for. I think a lawsuit is in order When they took my solar off they left the panels unplugged for months and I had to hire a third company to come back and connect them. They showed up when they said they would, returned our calls, and the workmanship was awesome. Totally cleaned up every day before they left for the day. NO LAPSE in communication at all. No surprises. We HIGHLY recommend Eric Mabry, and his crew, as they were top notch!! Eric was on site almost the whole time. Kenneth Martinez, the owner, even came by a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Communication is very important to us and it couldn’t have been any better!!
