After much searching I found Renewable Energy Services, the only company willing to take on the job. To my delight Sierra, the receptionist and Cherish, not sure of her title, assured me that they could sort out all the issues for me. They quickly dispatched Kalub, a technician, to my home.He was awesome! He really knew his stuff. He took a few of my batteries for further testing and after contacting the manufacturer and dealing with them returned with an assistant , Shandon, and together replaced all of my batteries and correctly reprogrammed my system.
