They were on time, professional, friendly and did a phenomenal job. Rudy was great at explaining everything. Also, when I mentioned that we had an evening event on the second installation day, Rudy went above and beyond by getting the flashing and solar panels after he finished work that day rather than waiting until the following morning. “REP initially installed our solar panels; that went well enough. The problem started with their installation of two LG Batteries. At first they performed for a few weeks, then something happened and it was diagnosed that one was not working. LG decided to send out 2 new batteries; from that point on NOTHING has worked. No one can tell me if it is the batteries, or the inverter or the reporting software, both the inverter and software are Solar Edge.This has been going once since July 11, 2022. Today is Jan 3, 2023, I have consistently been patient and cooperative but if I don’t ask what’s going on I do not get any updates.One time it was a software issue; took a long time to “”fix”” that. Then it was another update, then nothing. They are just not working. Radio silence. I reached out and they said they will follow up with LG!!! Then something about LG rejecting their forms and once again – radio silence.Essentially 6 months. I am paying for something that isn’t working and there is no action by anyone. We replaced our roof before starting the solar install, and once we let them know the roof had received inspection approval, they were able to come out and start preparing for the solar installation the next day.
