“Erica you are the best! I was having a roof replaced when my solar contractor had backed out the day before roof work was to start. Erica sent very qualified solar hot water contractors to my home the next day with reasonable pricing! Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient guys! They were pulled from another job for half a day last minute. I’m currently waiting for reinstall on new roof. I can’t wait to go solar voltaic (electric) next with Res solar! This company will also regularly service both systems! For anybody out there using solar hot water, evacuated tubes or solar voltaic you already know that finding regular qualified, service on either system is very difficult. “Do not hire this company. Working with Steven DePina was a nightmare. They lied about what the finished work was going to look like. They said they were going to wall off the open pipe that ran through my closet so it was not exposed and when I brought up how it looked in the end they said it was going to be more money to fix it. They recommended we cut down a tree in our backyard to expose more sunlight to our roof which they hired a company for. However, when it came time to pay they ignored their calls for 2 weeks. The owner of the company came knocking on our door threatening to put a lean on our house and refusing to leave without payment. My mother had to write him a check directly and had to get reimbursed through the company. It has now been over a year and after multiple back and forths of them saying they will come and fix it only for them not to show, they have officially stopped answering my messages. “While the quality of work was fine and I suspect the roof/panels won’t leak (the pool is closed so I will not know for sure until May 2023), the pricing was very high. Reinstalling our own equipment after a roof replacement was about $600/hour and they DO CHARGE for travel time. $3,000 for 4 hours work and travel with NO EQUIPMENT is outrageous (they are not licensed plumbers or electricians).” – Cape C. ⭐☆☆☆☆ November 18, 2022
