“Be careful with this company — they will try to upsell you to buy more than you need. I called them to install one battery for backup and they convinced me to get three, saying it would keep me completely off the grid by storing solar during the day and using batteries at night. That was false — three batteries don’t last past 8 PM and I’m back using Nevada Power as before. My contact Steve did a poor job explaining the system and basically just handed me the owner’s manual. “During a neighbor’s solar installation, we regularly found Robco’s tools and supplies in our yard — clearly having fallen from the second-story roof. Shortly after the installation was complete, we discovered one of our own solar panels was broken. On our roof near the broken panel we found a heavy-duty drill bit of the type Robco confirmed they use. We asked them to pay for the replacement panel. A representative inspected the damage and said someone would contact us. Three months later, no one had. “The company was hired to mount 30 projectors in my school. Despite multiple meetings where we showed them exactly where we wanted wall plates placed, the install tech placed them wherever he felt like. After two weeks of back-and-forth they moved them. Then I discovered a mounting bracket that was bent out of shape, and instead of a metal screw to connect the projector to the mount, they used a wood screw — destroying the mounting hole on the projector and creating an unsafe condition with people walking underneath.” – Martin Ivanov ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2019
