“My typical day was figuring out where to prospect and then start door knocking. Originally, we were told they’d have a ton or leads, but that never happened. So, it was door knocking to find customers. I’d say the commission schedule is solid, but your claims will take a long time to pay out and don’t expect much retail business. All and all, love some of the guys I have worked with and the support from my GM. However, you’re a number and they don’t pay salary and claims take 4-6 months from start to finish usually. Sent me ‘past due’ bills after 4months. Billing called me to collect difference, even as management told them not to contact me due to 3rd party All claims still processing/reconciling. 2 months later again another call from billing. This time I had all my excel sheet ready. They could not explain the payments and checks collected and ask me to send my reconciliation sheet. I said NO.
