“Claims to offer a free estimate, yet wants $79 to come look at the roof we’d like replaced. We already filled out all of their info requests and informed them we have the materials, due to a contractor up and leaving. Initially, this was fine, but now because the job isn’t big enough, they want us to repurchase materials through them and pay the estimate fee.
